Copperstone Clubhouse Rules
The Copperstone Clubhouse offers a comfortable and gracious environment for all
owners to use for private functions on a first come, first served basis. The clubhouse may
be reserved by email through the web portal. Please check the calendar for availability.
Please help us preserve the beauty and value of the clubhouse by doing your part
each time you enjoy the use of the clubhouse.
1. The clubhouse is for the exclusive use of the home and lot owners within
Copperstone.
2. No persons under the age of 17 are allowed without adult supervision.
3. All persons must always wear proper attire. No swimsuits allowed.
4. No pets allowed in the clubhouse (guide and service animals excluded)
5. No tobacco products allowed.
Prior to leaving the clubhouse after your events please make sure the following list is
completed:
1. Wipe down all counter and table surfaces.
2. Remove all items from the refrigerator and/or freezer when done.
3. Straighten furniture; return tables and chairs to their original positions.
4. Place all trash in trash containers (including restrooms) and dispose of in the
dumpster in the parking lot.
5. Vacuum clubhouse, if needed.
6. Turn off all lights and fans.
7. The security system will lock the doors that allow keycard access after your leave.
Please make sure any other door unlocked is locked before leaving.
Report any problems, difficulties, or needed maintenance to Diversified Management
Company at 573/445-2050, after hours please press 9.
